Enjoy this beautifully expressive VIV Sparkling Brut featuring notes of crisp apple, pear, mandarin and lemon zest. VIV is expertly crafted with a blend of primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This classic combination complements each other, creating a balanced, expressive base with a complex mid-palate. VIV Sparkling Brut is 12.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) and pairs perfectly with your favorite shellfish, or cheese like brie and gouda.
