Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes vinified as a rosé, with a brief skin maceration to gently extract distinctive aromas and color. After gentle pressing and fermentation at 18°C, it undergoes 12 months of aging using the long Charmat method before being stabilized, filtered, and bottled under a protective atmosphere. The result is an elegant Extra Brut of great finesse. 12.5% ABV
