The 2021 Spottswoode Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Petit Verdot. It was aged for 20 months in 62% new oak; 88% French and 12% Hungarian. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 1985 and is now certified Regenerative Organic. 14.0% ABV
