Seikyo is Nakao Brewing Company's original brand, and translates to “Mirror of Truth.” True to their honest brewing style, this junmai is a local favorite named after the town Takehara where it's brewed. It uses local table rice and soft water and they've managed to create a gentle, forgiving and expanding sensation on the palate. It will easily become a dinner time favorite. 15.0% ABV
