Harvested early to preserve vibrancy, acidity, and freshness, the grapes are sustainably farmed and fermented cool and clean in stainless steel tanks. The wine is crafted in a low-alcohol, sessionable style with just the right adjustment to keep things light and easy. Finished with frizzante-style bubbles for a playful sparkle, it’s totally crushable and made for pure enjoyment. 7.0% ABV.
