Forget standard charcuterie and dinner courses—we’re flipping traditional whisky tastings on their head! Join us at The Good Pour Winter Park for an open-air rooftop tasting event featuring the peaty, heathered sweetness of Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Your evening kicks off under the sky with a refreshing welcome cocktail made with Highland Park 12 Year. From there, we’ll move into a seated, guided tasting flight through three of Highland Park’s most prestigious age statements—each paired alongside an intentionally unexpected, play-on-your-palate bite designed to bring out hidden flavor notes in the whisky.

Best of all? Every guest walks away with a full-size 750mL bottle of Highland Park 15 Year to take home and enjoy!
