Naturally high in acid, Chenin Blanc keeps its freshness even in warm temperatures. The wine is ripe with waxy fruit notes of apple, stone fruit, and spice. The wine is fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels adding more texture for a smooth "silky" palate. This Chenin Blanc can pair with heavier dishes like crabcakes with aioli or haddock fish tacos with fruit salsa. 13.0% ABV
