"Ni", or "Two", is the second beer in our new series inspired by Japanese-Brazilian culture. In this RIS recipe, we use the very Brazilian and valuable Cerrado vanilla with Ponkan, a tangerine of Japanese origin. This mixture brings a complexity of notes such as dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, light vanilla and the citruscity of the fruit itself. A fusion of aromas and flavors that celebrate Japanese immigration to Brazil. 10.7% ABV
