Ribe is the oldest town in the Nordic region and a true Viking settlement. Ribe Mjød was brewed for the town’s 1300th jubilee celebrations. Compiled in partnership with Ribe Vikinge Center, the recipe contains apple and myrica gale. The added apple juice lightly accentuates the fruity, acidic notes of Ribe Mjød, providing an excellent contrast to the sweetness of the honey. 19.0% ABV
