The grapes harvested early in the morning were selected three times and part of the wine matured in 600-liter oak barrels. Multi-facetted bouquet with notes of yellow and red fruits, plus Mediterranean herbs and a cool mineral touch. Rich on the palate, deep, with a sophisticated structure, freshness and graceful enamel in the long finish. 13.5% ABV
