Founded by Bartender and herbalist, Pietro Bordiga, in 1888, this historic distillery continues to use recipes from his original books! For their lighter-in-style-than-most rosso vermouth, 30 botanicals are macerated individually in a wheat-based neutral spirit, then blended with the different wines. After the addition of a little beet sugar, the final, stabilized blend rests for a few days before bottling. 18.0% ABV
