Very pale green yellow. Delicate aromas of fuzzy peach skin, apricot, white florals and an undertone of saline minerals. The wine hits the palate with a more intense structure than the nose would lead one to expect with a broad, mouth-filling texture and balanced supporting acid in the finish. Good to pair with richer dishes, creamy sauces, tropical fruits as ceviche. 12.5% ABV
