The 2021 Elouan Chardonnay boasts an abundant floral aroma, light oak, and a medley of citrus, white pear, tropical fruit and a touch of nectarine. With bright acidity and a smooth mouthfeel, it culminates in a lingering, bright finish. Pale straw yellow in color, this is a beautiful wine from sight to sip. Pairs well with pan seared scallops with linguine, garlic scampi or chicken piccata. 14.3% ABV
