This wine is an elegant, delicate take on Cabernet Sauvignon. We fermented the grapes with a soft touch to capture blueberry and blackberry fruit characteristics that fit with the subtle vanilla /mocha oak we selected for this wine. We blended Zinfandel into this wine to complement it’s uniquely approachable pallet and deliver some additional dark and jammy characters (black currant and blackberry notes). It is a truly one of a kind experience that captures all the things that people love about Cabernet Sauvignon without the aggressive tannins.
