For the new members, plums are easily one of my favorite fruits to work with. They go so well with our farmhouse ales, and this one is no exception. Ghost Note is our spelt farmhouse ale. The spelt adds an amazing rich body to the beer. The plums provide a candy sweetness to the beer with flavors that I just want to climb into. These Laroda plums come to us from Juicy Acres farm is Palisade, Colorado. 7.0% ABV
