This fantastic red is an esoteric blend of estate-grown, Biodynamically-farmed Cabernet Sauvignon, with small percentages of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Syrah, which come together to offer fantastic flavors of black cherry, cocoa, anise, cassis, and a hint of dried herbs. The wine underwent malolactic conversion in barrels before being racked off and aged in barrel for around 20 months in approximately 40% new oak (2/3 American oak, 1/3 French oak). This is a powerful and delicious red blend! Vegan-friendly! 14.5% ABV
