In Panama, traditional distilleries produce both Heavy and Light distillates, blending them to create the classic Panamanian rum profile. As the name suggests, Heavy distillate is robust and full-bodied, while Light distillate offers a softer touch. Our unaged rum is distilled from freshly harvested estate-grown sugarcane molasses and remains untouched by additives, making it a versatile muse for cocktail enthusiasts. 48.0% ABV
