Mostly from plots of bush-vines growing in granite and slate soils, we get a scrumptious blend of acid-carrying chenin blanc (50%), fruit-forward chardonnay (26%), lightly-spiced viognier (24%). Concise texture, mandarin, underripe peach and pineapple punch, basil oil, lemon rind, beeswax & a grapefruit juice bow. 13.0% ABV
