Aromas of lime and orange blossom and a palate of juicy apricots, lemon curd and fresh ginger combine into a plump and iconic Riesling with electric acidity and liveliness. At harvest, the grapes were direct-pressed to showcase their vibrancy and then fermented and aged for 14 months in neutral wood barrique and puncheon to accentuate this wine’s elegant, spicy texture. Pear, citrus blossom with fresh acidity bringing beautiful balance and judicious length. 12.5 ABV
