Crafted at El Pandillo with the same rigorous standards; stone‑oven cooking, mechanical tahona crushing, 50/50 spring and rainwater, open‑air fermentation, and double copper‑pot distillation; this tequila is agave‑first, and distinctly G4. The small fiber‑fermentation portion layers in extra complexity: deeper vegetal notes, textural interest, and intrigue atop the lush, mature‑agave sweetness.
