Straw yellow, with soft mousse and fine, persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, elegant, characterised by floral notes of lime and citrus nuances of white peach. In the mouth it is balanced and defined, crisp, very pleasant. A trace of savouriness accompanies it to a finish of excellent persistence. 12.5% ABV
