The word "appassimento" on the label means the grapes have been slightly dehydrated during the winemaking process. This extra concentration of raisinated fruit gives this wine intensity & structure. Aromatics & palate notes include red plum, dried fruit, vanilla, blackcurrant & cocoa. It is a full-bodied blend of Primitivo, Negoramoro & Malvasia Nero grapes. 15.0% ABV
