The village of Sablet known for its sandy soils sits north of Gigondas. In fact, “sable” translates to “sand” in French. Aged in barrel on the lees this blend is powerful and aromatic that has the perfect balance of attractive floral notes along with characteristic tropical and stone fruit flavors. There is lovely weight on the palate with richness, texture exotic fruit, almonds and amazing freshness. 14.5% ABV
