Moon Raven is a Schwarzbier or better known as a German style black lager brewed with all pilsner malt base, chocolate and black malts, along with some midnite wheat to encompass the abyss of the moon flight. German lager yeast strain was chosen to complete fermentation. Slightly roasty yet not overly astringent malt presence, creamy and smooth yet also crispy and refreshing at the same time. Come fly with the Moon Raven. 5.2% ABV
