M. Étain is Scarecrow’s second wine, pulled from the same Rutherford estate and made with the same level of care. Nothing about it is casual. The difference is simply that it’s meant to be enjoyed sooner. You still get depth, polish, and that unmistakable Rutherford dust, just without the long wait. Production is limited, it flies under the radar, and it’s a good reminder that a second wine can still be a very serious bottle.
