A blend of Carignan and Syrah. The Carignan vines average 40 years in age, with some of them being up over 100 years old. Half of the Carignan is vinified traditionally in old barrels while the other half undergoes carbonic maceration. A fruity, youthful red wine you can enjoy with pizza. ABV 13.0%
