As its name indicates, this white Champagne is made exclusively from white grapes, in point of fact from Chardonnay. Nevertheless, an original feature of the Drappier House, a splash of Pinot Blanc, called “Blanc Vrai” in Champagne, is sometimes added to the cuvée in order to increase its complexity and roundness. 12.0% ABV
