Pinkus Weizen is a refreshing beer. Strictly adhering to the German Purity Law, Pinkus Hefe Weizen is made from 60% Bioland wheat malt and 40% Bioland barley malt, hops, and premium brewing water. It contains no protein stabilizers. Before bottling, unfermented beer wort is added to the wheat beer from Münster, which allows the beer to continue fermenting in the bottle. It is therefore advisable to always serve Pinkus Hefe Weizen well chilled and with a little care. Cheers! 5.0% ABV
