Ziko is an adolescent loggerhead sea turtle that was rescued by the Loggerhead Marlinelife Center in Juno Beach, Florida. Unlike most sea turtles that are rather docile, Ziko was 70 pounds of biting fury. Procedures were very difficult on this turtle as one wrong move could cost you an arm. We found no better brew to bear his name and attitude than Ziko’s Rage. This stout has a pretty, cream-colored head. It’s flavor profile is quite complex: roasty, sweet, chocolate and delicious. 9.2% ABV
