Gust Petaluma Gap Chardonnay is sourced from two vineyards. The majority of the fruit comes from our Tolay Vista Vineyard, south of Stage Gulch Road in the rolling hills at the base of Wildcat Mountain. Planted to Clone 17 and Clone 4, these vines experience less stress and produce slightly larger yields in a more sheltered position, with harvest typically occurring in mid-October, which is exceptionally late for Chardonnay compared to most regions. 14.5% ABV
