Our Sauvignon Blanc hails from two vineyards in the North Coast wine region. One vineyard tends to be a bit warmer, giving the wine tropical aromas and flavors, while the cooler site adds bright gooseberry and crisp acid structure. 100% stainless steel fermentation captures the bright fruit character in the glass. 13.7% ABV
