Deep ruby in color. Nose of ripe damson, wet stone, dark chocolate and a touch of espresso. Dense, broad with gentle tannins and a very long, mineral finish, with notes of black plum, blackberry and black fig with earthy minerality and cacao powder. Perfect with grilled or bbq steaks, sausage, braised meats, grilled mushrooms and root veges, or chocolate desserts.
