The Georgia batch transforms our classic bourbon by finishing it in wildflower honey barrels sourced from a Georgia apiary, while Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky each offer their own exclusive variations. Each bourbon barrel in these blends has a minimum age of six years, double-barreled in Medium+ Toasted barrels from Kelvin Cooperage, then aged in honey barrels to create an extra layer of complexity. 55.0% ABV
