Our newest release, Bottled In Bond Bourbon, is a straight bourbon whiskey, produced in-house at our distillery in Wanship, Utah. It’s made in accordance with the standards laid out by the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897. This release is like a single vintage of wine, offering an intimate snapshot of the distiller’s process. One base spirit, crafted at a single distillery, by a single distiller, in a single distilling season. Must be aged a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 100 proof in a federally bonded warehouse. 50.0% ABV
