Made from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice—true to its agricole style—this VSOP is aged no less than four years in oak, with a mix of French Limousin and re-charred bourbon barrels adding depth and dimension. What you get is a warm amber pour with aromas of roasted coffee, spiced caramel, vanilla bean, and a coastal hint of salt. On the tongue, it’s velvety and layered—think chocolate, toasted coconut, banana crème brûlée, and a whisper of basil and mint.
