The Recoltant story is a great one. Made by Julien Fayard, who used to be Philippe Melka's right-hand-man, it was originally made to cover by-the-glass placements at two of Napa Valley's most renowned restaurants. It was so well-received that they decided to make a bit more, and that is why we've got some to sell to you all!
