Pavette, meaning ‘Little Peacock’ provides delicious Sauvignon Blanc flavors of white blossoms, kaffir lime, and green melon! Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc (about 10%) are early-picked, fermented cool in stainless steel, and malolactic conversion is avoided. This all makes for a delightfully bright and aromatic white! 13.0% ABV
