Aromas of grapefruit and lime intermingle with subtle tropical fruit, especially pineapple,and a touch of herbs. Fresh with juicy citrus and tropical flavors. The fermentation is in steel tanks, with select yeasts, low fermentation temperatures, pumpovers and gentle lees stirring. This is an un-oaked Chardonnay. Just 5% of the wine is aged briefly in oak for a beautifully textured Chardonnay. 13.6% ABV
