There is a legend about St. Patrick where after being served short pours at an inn, he told the innkeeper there was a demon living in the basement, thriving off their greed and dishonesty. We may have a few demons in our basement, but we hope never to short an honest pour. Innkeeper is our homage to the classic Dry Irish Stout – dark as a wayward publican’s lies and as smooth as the darkness that lies beneath. Expect notes of baker’s chocolate and Sunday morning coffee, all wrapped up in a dry, toasty body. 4.5% ABV
