45% of the blend is from Catherine’s block, our oldest block. Catherine’s provides richness, minerality and brambly fruit. 29% comes from Rose’s block. Rose’s is a unique clone of Cabernet Franc and provides all the herbal and floral elements to the wine and smooths out the finish as well. Marissa’s block is next at 18% of the blend and brings spice and dark fruit along with decadence. And finally, the block right outside the winery door, aptly named Winery block, adds freshness and balance. 14.3% ABV
