Dark Arts Convivium 11 Year Custom Blend Straight Bourbon is a collaborative release created by Dark Arts Whiskey House, Liquid Ministry, and JigzPicks from three exceptional barrels of 11 year old straight bourbon personally selected and reserved by Dark Arts founder Macaulay Minton for The Good Pour and Liquid Ministry teams. The blend was constructed from a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley and bottled at its natural cask strength of 67.8% ABV.
