On the nose, there are plenty of ripe peaches, green apple, and rich honey aromas. The palate is bright with lime zest and honeysuckle, with pleasantly energetic acidity and a green almond note. White pepper spice and sage lead to a perfumed finish highlighted by a saline note. 13.0% ABV
