Beyke's Blue Corn Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced from a blue corn mash bill and selected as an individual single barrel for Seelbach's. It was distilled in Owensboro, Kentucky, aged over six years, and bottled in Jacksonville, Florida without chill filtration or proof reduction. The nose presents rich caramel, vanilla, dark fruit, baking spice, and toasted oak with pronounced barrel influence. The full bodied palate delivers concentrated notes of brown sugar, honey, cherry, cinnamon, leather, and mature oak supported by its cask strength presentation. The finish is long and warming with lingering caramel, spice, tobacco, and oak character that showcases the intensity of a true single barrel bourbon. ABV: 64.2%.
