Ordering Online
Pickup & Curbside: Online orders can be picked up at The Good Pour College Park. We plan to expand pickup locations in the future.
Delivery: Local delivery is available through third-party apps, including UberEats, DoorDash and GrubHub. Please note: our charity donation is not available through these services.
Shipping: We are now shipping to select states!

The Good Pour offers in-store pickup at select locations. When you place your order, select Store Pickup and choose your location. We will send you two emails — the first one confirms your order, the second email lets you know it’s ready for pickup.
When you receive the second email, head to the The Good Pour location you selected and be ready to show valid ID. You must be at least 21 to pick up an online order. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and issued a refund.
Curbside pickup is currently available at The Good Pour College Park.

When you receive the second email, head to the location you selected and give us a call — the store's phone number will be on the email. You must be at least 21 to pick up an online order. Please be ready to show valid ID. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and issued a refund. Please note that curbside delivery is contingent on safe weather conditions.
Yes, you can purchase a Good Pour gift bag or gift box through our online store. Each item comes with corresponding tissue paper (gift bag) or crinkle paper (gift box), plus a TGP greeting card. Card styles vary. If you’d like to choose your card and tissue paper design, please shop in store. To build a gift basket, please visit our Gift Bar in store.

Yes, we can ship to select states! The recipient must be 21+ and present valid ID to the shipping company.

For wedding & catering orders, we will coordinate delivery with you or your event planner.
If you need to return a product that was purchased online or in store, please bring it to any location of The Good Pour within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Must show original receipt for refund or exchange.
• Products must be in original condition and in the original box or packaging.
• Exceptions: Special orders, catering orders, clearance items and perishable goods (food, plants) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
ID Policy
You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol in our stores and online. We will always ask for valid identification. A valid government-issued photo ID includes a driver's license, a state-issued photo ID or a passport.
Our Giveback
Instead of asking you for donations or rounding up your receipt at checkout, we donate a portion of our profits to the charity of your choice. With a commitment to responsible retail, our mission is to create a more fulfilling guest experience that impacts the world in a positive way.

When shopping online, you can select a charity partner during the checkout process, then track your impact in the Good Pour app.
When shopping in one of our stores, show your Good Pour app ID at checkout or use the app to scan your receipt within 24 hours. After 24 hours, undesignated funds go to the BOHO Foundation, The Good Pour’s 501(c)(3) foundation, which distributes funds to all charity partners.
Online and in our stores, we donate a portion of each sale to the charity partner you choose. Whether you’re purchasing wine or spirits, candles or a decanter, we will donate a portion of the profits to charity. Gift cards and special events are excluded from our giveback program. But if you use a gift to purchase goods in store or on goodpour.com, we will donate proceeds from that transaction to the charity of your choice.
You don’t have to choose a charity — but we hope you will.
Online: If do not select a charity from the dropdown menu during checkout, we will donate the funds to the BOHO Foundation, The Good Pour’s 501(c)(3) foundation, which distributes funds to all charity partners.
In store: If you do not scan your App ID at checkout or scan your receipt within 24 hours, we will donate the funds to the BOHO Foundation, The Good Pour’s 501(c)(3) foundation, which distributes funds to all charity partners.

Login to your account in the upper right corner. In your account settings, you can update your name, contact information, password and more.
If you forgot your password, click on Account in the upper right corner. Instead of logging in, click “Forgot password” and enter your account’s email address. We will email you instructions to reset your password. If you can’t find the email, be sure to check your junk folder.
If you would like to track your giveback impact in the Good Pour app, you will need to use the same email address in the app as you do for online purchases. For the best experience, we recommend creating an account in the Good Pour app first, then logging in with the same credentials at goodpour.com.

Gift Cards
Yes! Digital gift cards are available to purchase or send directly to a friend. Gift cards are convenient gifts and perfect for last-minute presents.
Yes, physical and digital gift cards can be used in our marketplaces and on goodpour.com. If you have a physical gift card and have questions about using it online, please contact us.
Gift cards are excluded from our giveback program. But if you use a gift card to purchase goods in store or on goodpour.com, we will donate proceeds from that transaction to the charity of your choice.

We want every experience at The Good Pour to be one worth looking forward to. Here's what you need to know about refunds for ticketed events.
Full Refunds
Tickets are eligible for a full refund when requested at least 48 hours before the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us at orders@goodpour.com.
Within 48 Hours of the Event
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund. By that point, we've made plans and preparations with you in mind. We appreciate your understanding.
If We Cancel
If The Good Pour cancels an event for any reason, you'll receive a full refund automatically. No action needed on your end.
Severe Weather
Safety comes first. If severe weather conditions cause a cancellation before the event begins, all ticketed guests will receive a full refund.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid for the new date. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund by contacting us at orders@goodpour.com.
