Grapes were hand-picked by row as they matured to optimum ripeness. As each batch is received at the winery, the grapes were fermented with indigenous yeast to showcase site expression and kept separate. This way the winemaker has a huge choice once the Pinot Noir has finished its fermentation in barrel for making the final selection for the final blend. A rich alluring nose powered by blackberries, crushed raspberry leaf and herbal spice. A very elegant style while still retaining a rich generous mouthfeel. Dried herbs and savoury characters give depth. 13.0% ABV
