The flavors from the depths of the rickhouse are brightened by the dynamic yet delicate Amburana character that draws you in further. On the nose, spiced apple and honey come alive. Upon sipping, allspice mixes with oak and black pepper notes, later transcending into a warm caramel sweetness with hints of ripe peach and baked fruit. Notes of aged oak, tobacco, leather and apple linger with whispers of earth and anise. Varying ABV.
