Using a classic 75/13/12 mashbill, this 9-year-old bourbon is a sophisticated evolution of a profile you might already love. If you’re a fan of the legendary Wild Turkey 101, consider this the barrel-proof, aged-up older brother you’ve been waiting for.
Tasting Notes: The nose begins light and fruity, but give it a swirl and the glass opens up into that unmistakable, heady aroma of a seasoned rickhouse. On the palate, it’s beautifully viscous, delivering a full wave of pepper and spice followed by a subtle, sweet kick right at the finish. It lingers just long enough with notes of caramel and toasted oak to remind you why we picked it.

Rare Character: 21-Year American Light Whiskey
A sweet, buttery powerhouse at a staggering 142.62 proof. For the true whiskey nerds, this 21-year-old selection is a rare find. Light whiskey has exploded in popularity recently because it allows for incredible age statements without the over-oaked bitterness sometimes found in older bourbons. Distilled at 160+ proof and aged in used oak, this 99% corn mashbill is like a time capsule in a brand-new bottle.
Tasting Notes: The nose is unapologetically sweet — think vanilla and buttercream frosting. For those with a palate for vintage "dusty" bottles from the 70s and 80s, you’ll find a familiar, nostalgic aroma here. Despite the massive 142 proof, it greets you with a warm, buttery punch before giving way to a peppery, spice-forward backend. The finish is a marathon, trailing off with deep, dark vanilla and oak.
