If you are a fan of Heaven Hill’s classic wheated mashbill, this bottle takes everything you love about the flagship product and cranks it up to an uncut, unfiltered level. Tucked away on the third floor of Rickhouse 11 for seven long years, this specific barrel developed a classic, deep, oak-forward profile that stands out beautifully from standard small-batch releases.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, this bottle is unapologetically oak-forward, delivering that unmistakable, rich aroma you only get when standing inches away from an aging barrel inside a Kentucky rickhouse. Behind that heavy wood profile, the sweet wheated mashbill opens up beautifully with layers of warm caramel, vanilla, and sugary treats, though the 126.8 proof gently peeks through the longer it sits in the glass. That caramel and vanilla sweetness carries perfectly onto the palate, accompanied by distinct notes of dark fruit and bright cherry right on the front of the tongue. As it moves to the mid-palate, you are firmly reminded of its robust 130-point proof structure, accented by a few sharp pops of warm cinnamon.
