Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 oz hot brewed coffee (medium or dark roast)
  • 1 ½ oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 oz heavy cream

Method | In a warm mug, add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 2 ounces of coffee, then stir to dissolve. Pour in the rest of the coffee. In a cocktail shaker, add in heavy whipping cream and the spring of a strainer and give it a good shake until foam peaks form. Top with an inch of whipped cream and enjoy!

Ingredients

Method | In a glass, add orange juice and top with prosecco. Add blue curaçao and garnish with mini rainbow on a skewer.

    Guinness Milkshake

    Ingredients | Serves 6

    • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
    • 1 cup Guinness Stout
    • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
    • Whipped cream
    • Chocolate shavings

    Method | In a blender, add the ice cream, Guinness and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

    Ingredients

    Method | In a shaker with ice, combine Irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup and edible glitter. Give it a good shake, then strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

    Ingredients

    Method | Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients to shaker. Give it a good shake to combine well. Strain into a cocktail glass over ice and garnish with fresh cucumber slices. Sláinte!
