In a mug, add RumChata and chai tea. Stir to combine and garnish with a star anise.

Barrilito Old Fashioned

In a mixing glass with ice, add rum, simple syrup, chocolate bitters and orange bitters. Stir to combine then strain into a freshly smoked glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and express the oils of an orange peel.

Condesa Collins

In a glass with ice, add gin, raspberry shrub, lime juice and stir to combine. Top with soda water. Garnish with rosemary sprig, orange peel and optional edible flower.

Barril 43 (Carajillo)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ron del Barrilito 3-Star Rum
  • 1 oz Licor 43
  • 2 oz Espresso
  • Coffee Beans

Method:

In a shaker with ice, add rum, Licor 43 and espresso. Shake vigourously and strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice. Garnish with three coffee beans.
